Order Process:

After an order is received the system automatically generates a confirmation e-mail with all the relevant information.

COD orders are then automatically in the "In process".

If you order against prepayment you get all the information on the transfer, in the confirmation e-mail. The status is pending the receipt of prepayment "open". On the day we receive the payment you will get this information to the specified mail address. The status will change to "In process".

On the day of shipment you will get an separate shipping confirmation by the indication of the expected delivery time. As do deliver exclusively by UPS. This ensures mostly that your order is delivered on the next working day.
